Simple design but very effective. Great quality

This had been my favorite mug for afternoon tea on a sunny day. For years. Then I slipped and broke it! But Mclaggan was able to send me a new one. It sings on its hook near the tea kettle. The shipping was beautifully handled too.

Somehow drinks taste better in a well-designed fine porcelain mug and the one I ordered from you is no different. It also pairs up with a King Charles mug I had as a present, which is one of yours. Altogether a well-designed and good product.

Delighted with my purchase, as I have been with every other Smith/McLaggan purchase previously. This was even better than before, because by a clever trick, they were able to resurrect an obsolete mug which I had broken (Norwich views), by finding the decal, applying it to a blank mug, and charging no more than for a current mug. The only reason I am shown as having a Kings and Queens mug is that we had to choose something, otherwise your computer would have a hissy-fit! And the accompanying Kings and Queens tea towel is splendid, and dried its first plates today.

I live in the US and my local store was out of it. I was so impressed on how promptly it was shipped. I was sent tracking updates to my email. It arrived in a very timely manner. I love the musical terms mug. I do think the blue text may not be as easy to read long term.

So happy I found your website to buy this mug again. I had purchased it at the Globe Theatre in London where I used to live some time ago. And unfortunately broke it recently. Since I now live abroad, I was devastated!!!
