All holidays include FREE unlimited use of the Bay leisure centre with indoor heated 20m pool, baby pool, steam room, sauna and gym (open all year round).

Explore the village including a dog friendly pub / restaurant, cafe, beauty room, tennis court, football pitch, playground and shop as well as other chargeable activities for all the family.

Pool Closure 4th – 7th June 2024

Please note the on site village swimming pool is closed for essential maintenance between Tuesday 4th and Friday 7th June 2024.

Please contact us after booking to arrange complimentary swimming sessions at a local pool if your chosen dates are affected by this closure. (We reimburse at the end of the break for sessions taken at a local pool on provision of receipts)

We are running discounted breaks (fixed price) whilst the pool is closed – these will not be eligible for reimbursement of the swimming sessions – ideal if you do not use the pool whilst away!

There is lots to explore both on and off the Bay Village. In addition to the onsite 20m indoor pool, onsite activities, steam room, sound and gym there is direct beach access to miles of award winning beach.

If food and drink is your thing as well as the onsite pub and restaurant, venture off the bay the opportunities are endless……being easily accessible to local pubs, restaurants and takeaways! We also recommend lots of local restaurants especially the award winning Farrier at Cayton, as well as a visit (short walk) to the nearby Wetherspoons based in Primrose Valley.

Our dedicated “Things to See and Do” page is updated regularly with events and activities for all the family! Included on this page is the Scarborough Fair Collection, Alpamere Water Park, Flamingo Land, North Yorkshire Water Park and The Scarborough Sealife Centre.

You have easy access to both towns and the rest of the Yorkshire Coast including Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Take advantage of the King Charles III England Coastal Path coming through the village or head inland to explore the Wolds, the Dales and York City Centre.
