One of our keys to success is to create men's underwear and women's underwear with unique materials and high quality fabrics such as Egyptian cotton, Mercerized cotton and soya yarn. In addition, the production process of our underwear garments is completely handmade, which mades each garment unique and with an exceptional quality and comfort. This fact also allows ZD to make underwear for big sizes that fit perfectly, since ZD big sizes do not influence in comfort and elegance.

All our products are 100% made in our premises in Mataró (Barcelona) since 1920. Our factory is, at present, one of the factories of the knitted industry more relevant at the city.

The building is located at the heart of the city, in a semi pedestrian street in the area of the shops and the old town.

We are the last factory that remains at Santa Marta street. This street was previously a reference of the knitted textile industry.

It is an honour to be part of the history of this city and continue being part of the present and future of the textile industry that we face with optimism and honesty.
MicroModal®

MicroModal®

MicroModal® fibre is naturally soft on the skin and exceptionally ecological. It’s produced using Edelweiss technology. Edelweiss stands for a "symbiotic" production process - pulp, the raw material, is produced in Austria by Lenzing. Thus production can be done while going easy on energy and other resources. 

The fibre is produced in an environmentally responsible way:

1.- The way that beech trees grow is something truly special. They multiply by "rejuvenation" which means that the trees propagate by themselves. No artificial irrigation or planting is required. Thus beechwood forests are a completely natural and sustainable source of raw material. 

2.- Beechwood from forests which apply prevailing forestry legislation and sustainable methods is used exclusively.

3.- The key part of Edelweiss is the Edelweiss technology which is based on oxygen-based chemistry. 

4- Up to 95% of the MicroModal® production materials are recovered as a result of innovative environmental processes.

Softness is the overriding principle. Soft, softer, the softest. ZD uses the highest share of fiber guarantiing the finest and the softest garments. Thanks to it, fabrics which envelop the body in a touch of lightness, have become a reality.

To fight the cold of the winter, we present a proposal inspired by casual-formal wear. The latter seasons the trend is to renew the casualwear and make it elegant. Therefore the barriers between the formal wear and the casual wear are starting to disappear.

Thats why the new ZD collection bet for plain and comfortable garments, for a less sportive and more sofistacted look.

Our inspiration has come through british classic fabrics. And we have used earshaped and Wales check motif.

These prints have been worked on melange fabrics in order to achieve a final look much more new.

The comfort and quality of ZD, are reflected not only in the fabrics and materials, but also in the new patterns which are more anatomical.

The color palette has been elaborated with discreet and dark shades, where the blue and grey are the principal colours.

We believe that with this collection we have reached the balance between the formal and the sport wear that many man are looking for.
