Araucaria Jet, established in 2001, is an established and welcoming jewellery store located at the start of Whitby’s most historical cobbled Church Street. On arrival, you will be greeted by friendly and well-informed staff that can assist you with any purchase, or simply enlighten you on the history of Whitby and our world-famous gemstone. In-store, you will find elegant pieces of award-winning handcrafted jewellery ranging in a variety of designs and gemstones including; Whitby Jet, Amber from the Baltic Coast, Derbyshire Blue John and Turquoise from the Arizona desert.

We offer jewellery set in sterling silver and 9ct & 18ct gold and take pride in offering a high quality of product, manufactured in our workshop. Not only do we have a large selection of jewellery on display, but also offer bespoke design & hand-crafted services so you can get exactly what you desire.
