Our complimentary Click & Collect service means you can place your order online and collect it from one our stores as soon as it is available. Convenient, Safe, Free Place your order on our website, select a store in a convenient location and when notified, collect your items when ready for free. This will usually be between 2 -3 working days for products that are in stock but can be up to 7 working days during busy periods. We will send an email when the items are dispatched from our warehouse to the shop with a tracking number in order to check when the items have arrived, have been signed for and are ready for collection. The store staff will then contact you to let you know your order is ready for collection via the email address or phone number you provide. Upon collection of your order you must show your order confirmation (either a printed copy or on a mobile device) and proof of ID.
