90 Days Return Policy
If any items from ArthurKnight.com do not meet your expectations, they can be refunded or exchanged provided the uppers and soles have not been marked in any way and are returned by the customer in original packaging within 90 days of receipt. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid creasing & marking. We ask that the customer covers the cost returning items to our warehouse address at Arthur Knight Shoes, Units 1-3 Carousel Way, Northampton, NN3 9HG, UK. Exchanges are sent out at no additional shipping charge. For non-EU returns, please be sure to mark the return customs form clearly as returned goods. We are unable to accept parcels that incur duty or fees at the UK border. This does not affect your statutory rights.
