Freshlick provides free delivery when a retail order reaches £60 including standard UK VAT. A surcharge can still apply to non-mainland, offshore or remote destinations, so the postcode must be checked before payment. Orders below the threshold use the delivery charge presented for the selected service and destination.
The paint retailer states that standard orders placed by 5pm are usually delivered on the next working day. Saturday and Sunday options are also offered for qualifying Friday or Saturday orders. Timing depends on product availability, the selected service and destination, with remote or offshore addresses potentially taking longer.
Freshlick accepts qualifying returns within 30 days after delivery when goods are unused, in perfect condition and meet its packaging requirements. A £6.99 courier charge applies per return parcel for ordinary customer returns. Colour-mixed and bespoke products are excluded, while incorrect or duplicate goods are collected at no cost.
