14 Days Return Policy
If you decide that you wish to exchange, cancel your order or return your item, for any reason, you must notify us within 14 days after the day upon which the goods were delivered. You must notify us, by email, of your intention to do so at returns@fusionliving.co.uk. The email must contain the order number and the fact that you wish to exchange, cancel an order or return an item. We will then contact you to arrange the return. We can help assist with the organisation of the return for returns from the UK, however, the delivery cost incurred must be covered by you. In addition, where you have been unavailable for a pre-agreed collection organised by us, a re-collection charge will be applicable. The delivery costs for exchanges, cancellations (no costs apply where goods have not been dispatched) and returns, from mainland UK are as follows: Exchange, cancellation and return charges per parcel (each parcel may contain multiple items e.g. 3 chairs): £9 for smaller sized item...
