Jackets and Coats are delivered by DPD Local. We pay for a “next working day service which can be anytime between 08.30am and 05.30 pm. If you provide an email address or mobile telephone number Interlink will contact you with an estimated 1 hour delivery window. Orders received before 2.00pm will normally be despatched the same day (see order & despatch information below).
Should you wish to return the garment for any reason please use the freepost sticker enclosed, which shows the return address. We have extended our returns date policy to Monday 7th January for orders placed from November. This enables any Christmas gifts to be exchanged or refunded. Simply reseal the box or bag and put the freepost sticker over your delivery address, pop it down to any post office and ask for proof of posting. We do not offer free returns when returning an item from outside the UK. Make sure you enclose the returns note showing your name and address. If you are sending the garment back for exchange it is best to call or e-mail us and we can then confirm we have the required garment in stock and reserve it for despatch to you as soon as we receive your returned garment.
