30 Days Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, within 30 days of the order date for a refund. Please ensure that returned items are not marked by make up, deodorant or tanning products etc and bottoms have been tried on over existing underwear. Items must be free from pet hair and odours such as perfume, deodorant and smoke. We reserve the right to refuse returns where items have not been sent back in perfect original, resalable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage charges. We must receive returned items back within 30 days of the order date. Returns are usually processed within two working days of us receiving items back in original condition. Refunds are sent back to the original payment source.
