30 Days Refund Policy

You may return for refund or exchange, any non personalised or non custom made to order item if you contact us within 14 days of receipt and the iten is returned to us within 28 days of receipt with the exception of any Cremation Ashes/Urn Jewellery which cannot be accepted as a return due to the nature of the item. All items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging including any gift box.
