30 Days Return Policy
We offer all our customers a 30-day no quibble money-back guarantee on all our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the event of malfunction we will guarantee the product up to a maximum of one year from the date of purchase however we reserve the right to charge the cost of the cartridge plus a handling fee if we replace a cartridge returned by a customer which is later found to be empty. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund. If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us. We would appreciate the following information with all returns. Order number Full name and address Email address Brief covering letter. Remittance terms all goods remain the property of Refresh Cartridges until paid for.
