Non faulty returned items must be returned in original perfect sale condition with all the original accessories. Including; leads, lamps instructions & packaging. Faulty goods under standard warranty are generally covered for 12 months from date of invoice. We recommend you contact a member of our sales team to check return products before you arrange shipment back to us. All packaging must be intact. Please refrain from using gaffa tape, brown tape or staples that may affect the original packaging or product. Please use standard clear tape so as not to damage the outer packaging.
