We ensure that your car battery is delivered between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. We offer a Next Working Day Delivery service based on orders placed before 3.30pm Mon - Fri. Our couriers do not deliver Saturdays or Sundays so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Exceptions to this are bank holidays. We will only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom but excluding Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles, Highlands and Islands and the Outer Hebrides. Due to excessive courier costs we cannot deliver North of the Central Scottish Belt/Aberdeen. Our couriers are National companies and, like us, they do everything possible to ensure a first class service. In extreme weather conditions where roads are closed due to events such as extreme snowfall or flooding there might be delays. Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write Cancel Contract on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. If the battery delivered conforms exactly to what was ordered, we reserve the right to charge the return cost of carriage, which is typically £15.00 per item.
